Although Germany is Riesling's home and continues to produce more wines than any country, this noble grape is enjoying a renaissance in many of the world's wine growing regions, many of which were represented at our recent blind tasting. The winner was the 2006 Geil Riesling Kabinett from Germany's Rhinehessen region.
