Beer of the Month
The Fuggles, Magnum, and Goldings hops used in the recipe give this beer a moderate bitterness that is punctuated with citrus notes. The brewers countered the bitterness with three malts (Pale, Crystal, and Carapils). The malts give this beer caramel sweetness and fruit flavors reminiscent of cherries.
